Switch ideas?
#1
So my friend has 4 toggles switches but one of them doesnt have any thing hooked up to it. We have been sitting around trying to come up with ideas for the switch
He already has (*represents switch)
*Offroad lights
*Backup Lights
*Rock Lights
So basicly we need ideas. Where think maybe fuel/battery killswitch but he wants some more ideas so input would be great guys!

No fog lights?
Those are the only added lights I'm interested in having on my rig. The rest are frivalous/worthless IMO. You'll never really need them as much as you'll need the fog lights when caught out at night in some of that "thick as pea soup" fog we tend get around here(NW Oregon).

FYI, offroad lights generally AREN'T "fog" lights. They're usaully the "long range" or "driving" type lights, as in the clear lens HID type. And alot of folks mount them above the cab, which won't do squatola for you in the fog. "Fog" lights are usually not clear lens or HID, and tend to be the yellow/tinted lens type which are much better for cutting through actual fog. "Fog" lights also need to be mounted as low/close to the ground as possible to work well in foggy conditions, which doesn't do squatola for you offroad. To use "fog" lights for offroading, or "long range" or "driving" lights in foggy conditions is just plain silly IMO.

im suprised i havt heard anyone suggest a dixie horn or musical horn...though idk how you'd wire that toa toggle switch, lol
hows about using a switch for onboard air compressor, or maybe hidden strobe lights for offroading.
