Swapping bodies

Swapping bodies..... Got a donor chassis !!! time to get serious!
How difficult is it to totally lift the body off of one truck and drop it onto the chasis of another. I've been reading about body lifts and it doesn't seem to be more then 10-12 bolts holding it on there, what other obstacles are there? I have a soon to be dead 2WD 95 4Runner and have located a 91 4WD that is pretty rusted out and I'm thinking that maybe I could just lift the body off mine, cut the floor pan to house the 4 DRIVE shift and drop my rustless 95 body on it. It sound quite easy, I know there's more but what?

Just returned from looking at what would be the donor chassis truck and it's a pile of junk, frame is really rough, won't stay in 4 low, has rear sag to the point where the 31"'s are rubbing on the gas tank spout, leaking tranny or t-case oil. I don't have any extra cash right now to fix these things, so it seems it was just another Toyota dream!!!

Well I looked at purchased a 91 4WD 87,000 on the motor for $1000. The body has over 400,000 on it and shows. So now I'm going to attemp to drop my pertfect 95 2WD body onto it. Before I begin though I'll need to do a little research but honestly I've been unable to find anything pertaining to this. Aside from the obvious, bolts, tank stem, gear shifts, etc.... I have to find out what I'm getting myself into. Steering mechanism and post etc... are of a concern as well as many other things..does anyome have any advice or links to other threads detailing this.
Thanx

All in all, i finished the rebuild/swap in 4 days flat, but it was hardcore and loooong days n nights =) Worth it tho, my truck is like new (to me) hehe
