Steering arm stuck

Steering arm stuck
I am replacing my inner axle seals and am removing the knuckle the short way, or cameo method I think it's called. I got the 4 steering arm bolts off, along with the cone washers, and am trying to remove the steering arm and it's not really budging. I did get about a 1/4 inch using a screw driver and hammer to force it up, but am afraid of doing damage with that method. Do I have to remove the horizontal tie rod that connects the 2 knuckles do remove it? Any special way or trick to getting these off?
Thanks

I got it off, the trunion bearings look good to me, no chunks or anything taken out of them but does anyone have a picture of a new one to compare? or a link to reasonable priced ones, a parts dealer near me wants $40plus each for them which seems ridiculous
Thanks

Mind posting a link where I can get them at a reasonable price? A shop near me said $38 each, Toyota dealership said $42 and those seem quite high. Couldn't find anything online with just bearings and races

Heres a pic of one of my top bearings, is the inner part supposed to be raised up a few mm?
There is no appaernt damage to it, no scrtches or gouges, and still spins and moves freely and easily. Good to re-use?

im working on the drivers side knuckle now, i had to remove all but 1 stud completely due to the cone washes being so wedged in and not coming out, i beleive the previous owner torqued them down way to tight and they got really wedged in there. the last stud would not back out, so i had to pry/hammer the steering arm up with the cone washer still in. I got the arm off but the cone washer is still stuck incredibly tight in the hole even with no bolt in it, ive soaked it for 2 days with PB blaster and WD40, still not coming out. i think its rusted in/bonded with the arm, my question is what should i try next? should i go out and by a torch and heat it to maybe get it to pop out, or keep soaking it in pb blaster? Im using all new studs and washers so i dont mind if this one gets destroyed.
Thanks
