Theres at least 3 ways to stand the tire up in the back and Im sure people can think of even more

So - NO - we have no idea where you want to stand the tire up and thus we cant really tell you if it fits.

Also - we have no idea what size spare you have (we usually don't like to *ass-u-me* what size tire you use for a spare).

---

That being said - maybe you should have rephrased the question.

I want to keep a spare tire in the back of my 01 4Runner limited AND put in a 32" wide box containing two 12" speakers.
Anyone doing this?
How did you position the spare?

Oh yeah - Assuming you have a specific box in mind - maybe you should post up ALL The dimensions (length, width and height)

ANd really - its not that hard to go measure the back...

measuring it out is the best way to find out if they both will fit or not. you could also look into 2 10s instead, because that will be a smaller box. but measure it with a tape mesure and you will figure it out just fine
