rebuild help

Hey guys, I'm new to 4wheeling and new to this site. I have a 88 4runner and have ran into a bit of a problem with it. On my last wheeling adventure I accidentaly sucked some water into the motor and hydrolocked it. After getting all the water out my motor has developed a real nasty knock that sounds like it's coming from the right head. Long story short, I'm pretty sure i'm going to need to pull the heads to fix whatever is causing it but i've decided to just pull the motor and do an entire rebuild. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a good rebuild kit I can pick up for a reasonable amount of money. I've seen the one on LCengineering's site and the one on ebay but if anyone knows of another option that would be very helpful...Thanks everyone

thats where i got my kit, great guy to deal with, Ive been running mine for over a year now with no problems.

you probably bent a rod, now which is shorter allowing the piston skirt to rub on the crankshaft counterweight causing the knock, you may need a rod or 2 also
