Should this worry me?

I'm not too worried, but still want to make sure. Does this look like anything I should be concerned about?

Rear diff:

I dont remember seeing a differential ever looking this wet

put a new gasket on it when you change the fluid next.

I would atleast check your fluid. I ignored mine and it fried a pinion bearing. But mine was leaking from the bottom.

Mine has the same thing, except it is a bit more, and at the very bottom. But so far it's still running good.

That's good advice right there. Change it if it hasn't been done recently, put a new gasket or washer and you should be good to go.

Once you learn it's not really leaking then consider using synthetic gear oil in there.

Get other opinions as well, not everyone loves synthetics, but it's another peace of mind issue with me.

Also would not be a bad time to check the breather plug at top of the diff.-they are cheap to replace so just consider doing it and/or doing the "extended breather diff mod" while at it.
