Rear end sag on 94 4runner

My '94 has the typical rear end sag and I need to fix it. I could just put in new springs and new shocks, but I would like to do this all right. I would love to have a lift, but I have been confused by what I have researched so far. It seems that you can do up to a 2" lift without needing to mess with much. Is that true? What would it take to do a 4" lift and either way what product should I buy, and what size coils do I need to get with either. Like I said, it has been really confusing as to what is needed. I would love to have ome on my runner, but I need to go a little more economical at this point. Any help would be much appreciated.

I've looked at Raybestos coils, what do you think?

Sorry, I also forgot, do I need blocks or spacers with it all. I'm new to suspension and I want my runner to ride nice and not sag anymore.
thanks

I just put the moog coils in mine.... No more sag, and she rides perfect... they are a little shorter than the stock yota coils, but are heavier wire, so they dont give as much...

just search zuk mod and see what springs other people have used. theres also tons of step by step write ups with pictures to make it as easy as possible.

Bobby, I have looked at the Zuk Mod stuff, but it looks like the mod is for runners with leaf springs. My set up is shocks and coils in the rear. To your knowledge can the Zuk Mod be done with my set up or is it only with leaf springs?

Nope, that mod is for adding some helper coils on top of leaf springs for the '84-'89 4Runners. For the coil 2nd. gen rear end, you can upgrade springs, install air bags inside the coils or add a coil spacer:
