need a multimeter

got a 94 4runner and it seems everything is checked with a multimeter and i dont have one... was wondering where I can get a decent one for little money as i am very broke ATM...

harbor freight has a nice one for under 5 bucks usually. Home depot has them for about 20 bucks, auto parts stores usually have em fairly cheap. wal mart or kmart/sears will have them as well

Autozone, radio shack.....like they said. Sometimes they keep them behind the counter, so you gotta ask.

I picked mine up at Autozone about 4 years ago, I think its broke now. I wanna get a nice fluke digital meter. Gonna look on ebay. Wish I could steal one from work!

check pawn shops they are cheap you can get a nice fluke for like $50.

I keep one in the glove box of each vehicle. Had one stolen a few years ago, but it was old enough the batteries were probably about ready to die. At $3/ea. I picked up a few more.
