Yesterday I was driving into the town of Kelseyville and I got about a few blocks from the house and hit a patch of slick Road slid into the pear Orchard and I thought I ruined my truck I want some pointers on where I should probably start these are the pictures please help I am mechanically inclined but not extremely and I have very limited tools please help

Well first off, safety is paramount when servicing a vehicle. You don't want to see someone pinned under a two ton anything, trust me it's not pretty, and you certainly don't want your loved ones to see you under it either.

Get a proper stand under that thing!

I'll also disagree with RAF a bit here. Your photos are mostly blurry, they don't show the steering or suspension parts that may have been damaged..

A slight difference in wheel angles is to be expecyed, Ackerman compensation, but this looks a bit unnatural. Get the steering wheel centered,hopefully that right side tire pointing forward then reassess the damaged side and the link between the two. You may not get as far as checking the frame is still straight at the control arm mounts, but that would be the next step if the link and tie rod ends are still intact and straight.

A suspension repair like this is not for the novice who has limited tools.

Best to get someone knowledgeable who you trust to examine your truck in person.

Even with a mix of junkyard and new parts you are very likely looking at a fairly expensive repair.

If you have to pay shop labor, your truck is probably effectively totaled. It's value is less than the repairs will cost

You might get it on the road with some help, but it's really not the kind of thing that is easily done over the internet.

Hard to tell what is destroyed in those photos. If the upper A arm isn't bent you might be able to salvage it. If not It would be a massive amount of repair. If the upper A arm is okay then it is doable. Looks to me like it destroyed the tie rod end and possibly the pitman arm and linkage, CV, shock, lower A arm most likely the rotor and break and break lines and possible the inner hub. Both the upper and lower ball joints would have to be replaced. basically just replace that whole side mines the upper control arm.
I just replaced/installed a lower A arm on my 91. I got it from The Yota Yard it was $70 shipped and I replaced everting I just mentioned above minus the pitman arm and tie rod end. The total was roughly $450 that included the CV, rotor, caliper and pads, shock, both balljoints and the lower used A arm.

Looks like there could be frame damage, I circled in red two spots that looks like something smashed into it

Inner lip of the rim is broke, tire is gone and the lower control arm may be pushed back due to a broken rear mount. Really hard to tell from those pics. First secure the truck on stands as mentioned, pull the wheel, then see if the steering components move around normally.
