Not sure what you're after as far as your goal with the truck but that's pretty high. Is it for off road prowess or just to put as big a tire as possible for looks? I'll be the first to admit that I chose a lot of my mods bc of looks so there's no wrong answer IMO...
The only combo I could think of if you're shooting for the sky would be a bracket lift, 3 inch body which would give you right at 7 inches. You could also put a long travel kit on with the bracket kit like I've seen with the blazeland kits.

That is pretty high... Expessialy for an IFS. I wouldnt put any tire on bigger then 35 unless u wanna replace parts very often btw... haha.
But to answer your question ur best best is a bracket lift and 3inch body. O And if your gonna raise it that much, i hope your not gonna go around corners to fast .... jus sayin haha

Oh man......

Ifs lift kits come in a 4" lift. Some people have added long travel arms to drop bracket lifts to get a little more. But your cvs and steering arent going to like anything over 35 (pushing it already) if you plan to wheel it. Plus, thats goofy tall.

Check this thread out for more info with the blazeland with drop bracket.

And do you have plans for the rear?

if you need more than a 4" bracket lift on an IFS truck, it's time to SAS.

If you need more than 4" inches of lift in general...you might as well get a jeep. Haha
