Help camber bolts will not turn

I got the camber bolts lose but when i turn the bolt to adjust it will not turn at all on the front or rear.

We are gonna need more information than that.

If they are rusted in there, try PB blaster and heat. If that doesn't work, torch them out.

I think they are rusted in there. I have use pb blaster and it will not turn. If i use heat to make it turn it will melt the rubber part of the control arm. Need for help how to free it.
