Have you tried heavier ply tires first? Maybe someone can chime in on an overseas FF diff that's equal to the Tundra diff.

I am currently running load range E, Many people have told me to get a bigger truck, but this little tundra has done more then it ever should have,

Yea no need for a bigger truck my little 05' Tacoma pulls 7k everytime I go wheeling between the truck and trailer and your tundra has alot more giddy up then mine! But I just run airbags and thought they helped tremendously.
