AC to Onboard Air conversion... couple quick qustions

so im trying to do some research, dont have much to spend (broke college student) but i want to keep progressing with my rig. so my plans are to try to do that onboard air through the ac pump which i already have on my 85 22re. im planning on just oiling it manually when i use it, but does this mean i have to drain the oil after? and how can i set it up so that i dont need to run i through i tank. i mainly just want to use it so i can air down on the trail and air back up when i get back on the street. any help would be appreciated. also, if there is a detailed thread that i havent found on how to do this without a tank that would be great too.

You'll have to put in a micro fogger to lube the pump.

Tofers thread is a good start on what to do to set your system up. I just recently put mine together based on his setup.
