about to pull trigger on 33x12.5x15 quick question

as title states, once the tires get here everything will be installed at the same time.

lc coils
2" front bj spacers
all necessary brackets; panhard, diff, swaybar, etc...
15x8 black crager soft 8s 4"bs
goodyear wrangler duratrac 33x12.5x15

my question is, without regearing how slow is acceleration going to be from 1st gear to 2nd? Uphill? Braking?

vehicle is a '90 4x4 3.0 v6 5spd

you should be fine for the time being. I've seen a 3.0 4runner on the trails with 33's and factory gears, it did fine, well, mashing the gas too much IMHO but held together to my amazement.

acceleration and braking are not that bad. Uphill on a freeway.. thats another story but there is not much that you can do about that.

not too bad at all. it is a little bit slower but it can be lived with haha. you might want a little less backspacing on the rims though if you dont want them to rub

how much rubbing will i get with the 4" bs? the wheels are already here and i don't really want to exchange it and have to wait a few more days for the new wheels.

I think 3.75" back spacing is the norm around here. I have 3.75" BS on my 85 with no rubbing but it's a solid axle. You can also use a wheel spacer if it does rub.

Post some pics and report on the tires, I've loved that looks of that tire since they came out but I only run my summer tires about 6 months a year and they aren't even close to being worn out...

I run the same size on the same truck, don't try to tow much of anything on the freeway, hills are ok just gotta shift more. I plan to re-gear some day but it hasn't been bad enough to make me re-gear for 2 years now!
