For those that can actually READ instead of just look at pikshoors from the thread link, the driveshafts are being lengthened and the rear shackle was fixed already when the frame was plated.

ok so i looked at my truck last night and Im ditching the blocks, so now im left with the 4'' springs. will a new pitman arm be good to fix my steering now that im not so high?
