4" Suspension Lift on 97 4runner

Hey does anyone know of a 4" suspension lift for a 97 4runner? Ive looked everywhere and couldnt find one. I need the 4" for my new 33 x 12.50's so they wont rub, and a body lift will be too difficult because of the auto tranny

I have only seen 2.5 inch suspension lifts for that gen 4runner.
You could run a 2.5 inch suspension lift and a 1 inch body lift which would give you 3.5.
I don't know how difficult a 1 inch body lift would be considering the tranny.

Checkout www.toyteclifts.com you can find a good setup there. with 33's the 3" OME setup should be pretty decent for you and you shouldnt rub much.

If you want more in the rear you can go with LC coils and to even out the front look for a topout spacer.

Hope this helps you out. Also, PM Crolison he is running 33's with only a 2.5-3" lift. It can be done without much problem

3" of suspension lift is about all the front CVs can handle, so you won't find a 4" suspension lift, perhaps a 4" bracket lift. You could always do a 2.5" to 3" lift and then add a small body lift if you want.

Search around, lots of lift options for 3rd gen 4Runners.

ey everyone thanks for all your help! I checked out www.toyteclifts.com and i like what I saw. If the 3" system doesnt work out ill try to go for the 1" body lift.

If you want a 4" bracket lift for a 4runner buy one for a tacoma, they're the same thing.

If you go with a 3" suspension lift just make sure you get the 1” Differential Spacer it will help your CV angle alot.

For 33's you'll be able to fit with around 3" of lift and a little trimming... putting a 1" body lift on is a cake walk, even with an auto tranny. You actually don't even have to touch it.
