4.7 tacoma

has anyone heard or attempted putting an erly tundra 4.7 in a tacoma? i am really thinking that a 4.7 in a reg cab 5 speed tacoma would make a perfect daily driver. let me know if there is any info on this kind of swap.

Pretty much unrelated because your talking a single cab + there really isn't any mention of how the 4.7 fit but there is this concept truck. http://www.worldcarfans.com/10811051...t-at-sema-2008

thats a sweet looking truck joe, um as for the swap, you can put in any motor you want, all you have to do is find a tranny that will bolt up to it, or find a bell housing that will mate the 4.7 to your tranny, then do a custom wiring harness, any thing is possible all it takes is time and money.

That`s cool looking, if they could build a truck like that with a V8 and a solid front axle that would be one sweet truck.
