You'd have bigger tires than stock and more ground clearance. Your speedometer would also be slightly off, you'll feel a slight loss in power and gas mileage.
Edit: I see you're from Hawaii, you'll need 16 inches of lift to clear those tires, and 14" wide rims so they don't rub on the firewall at full stuff.

5spd its no big deal, actually when i got the truck it had 31's. always has.
my brother had 28s for a while an it seems faster but his mpgs suck. yet
he just had his rebuilt an put my spare 31's on it and its still faster lol. my mpg's
still win tho
seriously you wouldnt regret it, you would more than likely believe 31's were made
for our rigs, theyre the perfect size for dd/weekend warrior
