22RE crate motor?
Just bought a 92 4x4 truck, needs an engine. Bought as a project for son and myself to build. Looking for a crate motor to install. any suggestions on a good company to buy from. Thanks

I had mine built from Sunwest. Since I installed it three years ago,I've not had any issues,or repairs with the motor.

valvoline 10/30 is what engnbldr recommended to me and after the first 3000 miles I switched to the valvoline 15/40 and also use rotella 15/40. He rec'd the valvoline because of it's higher zinc content than any other oils on the market. As far as filters go, the thread on here talking about filters and whatnot convinced me to use the pureone filter.
he also rec'd that i change after the first 30 minute or so break in again at 500 miles and again at 1500 then at 3000 and every 3000 after that.
