That 1937 example is the best I have seen explaining an open diff.

Believe it or not the 1937 version really helped me out on how the diff works. I knew the principle but never really new how. I saw that a few years ago and after that it all made sense.

the 1937 video was the best...they dont put any efforts into demonstrating how thing work these days...they just tell you how good it works and charge an arm n leg for it...but for the record this guy is clueless
