new tires?

what would be a good tire for my situation?

i have 06 dc......im looking at 265/75/16....and im planning on going with a 3" lift.

i want a aggressive looking tire, but dont want much noise either, and really dont wanna pay a hell of alot. also i would prefer to keep the stock wheels. i honestly problally wont be going off road very much but i want the capability.

any sugestions?

Very solid tire off road and a great choice for pavement too especially in the wet.

either Pro Comp Xterrain or Nitto Mud Grapplers would be my recommendation. i had Pro Comp Xterrains for over 2 years in Canada winters and they handle VERY well in snow, ice and water considering they where not designed for it. As for looks, the Mud Grapplers take the cake, they look awesome and are very off road capable.

I think Muds would be a bit much for a truck that would only occasionally see off road and Muds are noisy that's why I suggested an A/T.

Nittos do have a little road hum but nothing that is irritating.

the nitto muds are out of the question due to sizes, and as for the terras i do like them but i kinda want something with a lil bit more sidewall tread.

does bfg's m/t's make too much noise?

You can never go wrong with BFG mt's or at's both are quite reasonable priced, quiet, and wear well
