never use spacers!!While many have used them, it is not a good thing to do. you will exert more stress to your wheel studs, suspension, etc.....best case scenario, your ride worsens. i.e. vibrations....worst case your wheel falls off and you pile into the civic in the oncoming lane slaughtering a family of four. Pro comp cannot be the only brand of wheel that will give you the correct offset. Check w/your local tire/wheel dealer. (not a dealer that only sells pro comp)

spacers are ok just dont go crazy with em. i personally wouldnt reccomend any spacer thicker than 1.5". to be safe tho go with the offset wheel. if you do use a spacer, just make sure that you put new wheel studs on. and yes with them you will notice your wheel bearings going out more often, your ball joints failing more often, etc. for every action there is an opposite action.
