It's a squeak.

Seriously, is it on that side? Try spraying some lube right between the axle and the backing plate to see if it goes away. Maybe a dry seal?

If its a bearing, there should be some lateral play in the axle.

Well somewhat easy. If you do go for it, get new oil seals too.

Zero lateral play. I just move it a smidge and it squeaks. Must be just a squeak as cyberman said.
Its the rubber peice just behind the hub. I cleaned it off and lubed it up but no luck getting rid of the squeak.

Sounds like excessive seal friction. Unless the seal is damaged. Lube is your friend.

-Check differential fluid level.

I sprayed WD40 in there, didnt pull it apart. Just cleaned the dust and squeezed the WD40 tip ino the rubber and it still squeals. Maybe grease is better?

WD40 is a better degreaser than lubricant, IMO.

Grease. Or, something like Tri-Flow.

If you don't mind bleeding your brakes, you could pull the axle on that side and see if it still squeaks while its off the truck...

Just pull the axle, it's not that hard and make sure your not gonna have a bigger problem in the future.
