What angles for 22re?

This question is concerning 22re's. I was just wondering while wheeling today, what angles can our trucks go all the while not starving the engine of oil? I have personally done 45 degrees easily with the motor still running. Am I pushing my luck?

I have seen these motors run until driver shut down completely upside down. Fuel injection can be a bad deal in that sense.

All I know so long as its fuel injected it will keep on going no matter what the angle really.

My friend had his 89 truck up to almost a 6-75% degree and it was running the whole time.

True they will keep running, but i think he was asking at what angle will the engine be starved for oil, not fuel.

Probably a 60-75 degree cant, but were not talking your gonna sit up there for awhile, you go up the incline and back down in a matter of a few seconds.

that works unless you flop on the passenger side and the keys fall out, lol, that has happened to me more than once, Ive found that if i go all the way on my side the gauge will still show pressure for about 5-10 sec, the Toyota oil pans are pretty good for keeping oil on the pickup, Ive been in a very step nose down situation before where i was practically holding myself up with the steering wheel and i still had oil pressure
