Weird idoling problem(seem weird to me)

When I put on the brake it's starts to idol funny(not funny haha) then when I let off the brake it idols high at about 1500-1600 rpm. when my foot is on the brake it drops to about 800-900 rpm and then up to around 1200-1300 rpm then back down to 800-900 rpm. I really have no idea what's causing this please help

THis is a common problem with an automatic tranny (that's what you have, isnt' it?). I don't know the exact fix, but I'm sure someone will come along soon with your solution.

I'd bet you have a vacuum leak. Run an UNLIT propane torch around the intake & all vacuum lines; if it idles up, you have a leak there. Check the brake booster line first.

your idle is too high, turn it down and i bet this will go away, the computer is hitting fuel cut, it thinks that your decelerating in gear....

yeah sounds like your idle is too high to me. it should normally idle around 750 or something like that, not 1300

You're caught in the fuel-cut/fuel-return loop. You most likely have an intermittent vacuum or air intake leak. Try the propane trick or use a spray bottle to mist some water around. The mist will get sucked in and cause a quick RPM drop.
