Unplugged Connectors HELP

I have a 90 4Runner v6 3.0 213k on clock auto tranny 4x4. It runs really rich under heavy acceleration, throws black smoke like a diesel! I have these two wires that are un plugged could anyone maybe tell me what theyre for or where they go? Ive looked all around the engine bay and cant find where they might hook up. heres the pics.

Not the TPS harness but that one blue wire coming out of the bigger harness. Should that be grounded??

And then is this supposed to be there?? Looks like a check valve maybe.

An one last thing is this ok for it to be grounded like this? Or is it missing wires. PO did that.

Thanks, any help would be awesome

How the heck can I get back there with out ripping out the engine? Oh and would one of the sensors cause it to run like crap under heavy acceleration?

Heres some video I took to show what the problem is. If I accelerate it slowly its fine but as soon as I Give it full throttle it bogs out and wants to shut off then throws a buncha black smoke along with unburned fuel..

So far Ive replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, Battery cables, MAF, ECM, checked for vac leaks, checked tps (but havent replaced), checked timing, pulled codes and nothing... Since its not throwing a check engine light I have no idea...

have you checked your compression, cause i've seen a few that sounded like that with low compression (between 65-85 psi, normal is 150 and up)
