Do you have fuel though? Just because you jumped the pump does not mean your getting fuel. Pull the cold start valve and see if you have fuel. Dump a wee bit of fuel in the intake through a vacuum line and see if she hits at all.

Double check and make sure you got everything back grounded if you replaced sheet metal.

Check engine bay and cab fuse block.

possible efi problem. Is there any codes? EFI system either not getting power of bad ground. It is getting fuel or not? When ur out it back together did you accidently cross some wires? Is the coolant temp sensor connected and or even there or working? Cold start injector working? Getting fire? sure its not getting fire? gotta trouble shoot more. see if its got fuel or fire. Take a spark plug wire off and see if its arching if not then take the coil wire off and see if its arching if not then possible coil failure. OIL IN ENGINE! timing belt broke? Hows compression?

wow your fuse box is all busted up be sure all the wires there are in good connection and grounded. EFI fuse in there? Or blown? Is your fuel pump rely a.k.a (OPEN CURCUIT RELY) connected and or working? Main EFI rely working? Fuel pumping coming on during cranking? Fuel pump wiring connected?
