Turn radius?

I just sold my Audi (car) now my runner is my DD. Seems like the turning radius huge. If I turn the wheel to far I can here a click noise and the engine idles down.
Is this normal?

power steering pump is trying to turn the wheels past the steering stops causing the idle down. clicking could be your cv joints letting you know they dont like that much angle.

Clicking is most likely steering stops, replacement caps are a buck or something at the dealer and the click will go away.

Like previously stated the idle down is the powersteering pump trying to push through your stops.
