transfer case gears
Not sure if this is in the right place but...
Does anyone make a transfer case reduction gear kit that also reduces 2by and 4by high gear, just like the zuks? all i see is just low range reduction kits. thanks!

If you are talking about keeping the stock Toyota transfer case, then I believe only lower gears are made.
What are you trying to do exactly?
Another option might be to have your manual tranny rebuilt with different gear ratios... assuming you have a manual.
What ratio do you have in your diffs and what sized tires? Current motor?

I do have a manual, but what i am talking about is when you regear the high and low gears in the transfer case. this is done instead of regearing the axles in suzuki samuaris. I just like that idea instead of doing a twin stick or dual cases and axle regears. check out http://www.trailtough.com/ and look at the crawler gear set under transfer cases. it lowers low range by 84% and high range by 12% this would be very economical for people who don't want to get too do a twin stick or dual cases and axle regears.

No.
They do not.
He is not talking about a twin stick.
He is talking about reducing the high range gearing from 1:1 to 1:something else.
To the OP: Toyota cases do not work that way. The high range is "straight through" meaning that there is no gearing between the tranny and the tcase output shaft when in high range. Unfortunate.

It's called an underdrive.
I don't think anyone makes one for a Toy case, not sure what it would take to adapt a Klune or Stak.
Sami uses a divorced tcase, I would imagine if you fabbed up a divorced setup, you could adapt just about whatever you wanted my making the appropriate flanges for the mini-driveshaft.

I was thinking about trying to modify a Saturn Overdrive for a jeep to put on my t-case to give me overdrive. This is the only way I can see changing the output of the trans without changing the whole thing.
