taco coil overs in a 4runner?

Has anyone tried or thought about removing the t-bars in a 4runner or pickup and using a pair of stock coilovers out of a Tacoma? Obviously you would need to make an upper bucket to hold it, but might be an option.

Sorry I was thinking in terms of long travel, was just wondering if it would be worth it, considering the total chaos kit use coilovers

A whole lot easier to get the arb ome heavy duty coil overs. Dont need any custom parts or cutting. I did that on my 94 runner. Best investment I have ever made.
