starter issues

i got my 93 from a junkyard for $500, and it has some electrical problems. the main issue is the starter. first it would click at the relay in the passenger side kick panel, so i replaced it and the new one did the same thing, so i got a used started from ebay, it tried to turn once then clicked at the relay, so i got a rebuild kit for my original denso starter and i put it in tonight and the relay is still clicking. i have 3 relays at the kick panel and all 3 do the same thing, anyone have any idea's?

When you say the relay clicks, do you just mean it is energized...cuz i'm pretty sure that would be a good thing. Were the solenoids ever replaced? What about battery?

it just clicks, i know it is getting power to the relay, so i don't see where the problem would be between the realy and starter, and to the best of my knowledge it is all stock and has 200k on it

i did replace the solenoid with the starter rebuild

Take the starter out of the motor, put it on a board and use jumpers to test it on a battery. It should come out and spin

i did take the starter out and hook the battery to it and both of them spin very slowly and then start to pick up a little speed, but neither of them pushed the gear out so i figured it was normal. i know the battery is good it was one of the batteries out of my dodge
