Small coolant hose at back of motor?

Hows it going, so I just successfully changed the #3 hose on my runner however in the process I broke the two plastic hose connectors that are right next to it. Do you know what im talking about and if so what the part is called and where I could get one. Thank you for your time...

THE HOSE IS 5/16”. The 3/8 is too big. Got the hose from Autozone for about a buck.
I just did this fix. Hands still black with grease.Other observations. What James Dean mentioned in his write up is spot on. I’m not a super mechanic but try to do all work myself or with a friend. What I did not realize or think about is the coolant pressure in the line. I pulled the hose off and the coolant gushed out. So just be prepared for that. After that, pretty straight forward. Just a really tight squeeze with my monster hands.
