SAS Planning Help

So I picked up a 1980 solid front axle for my 86 4runner. The housing is a little bent but I got a good deal and it's hub to hub complete.

My buddy is a fabricator and our plans are as follows:
-Add 98 Tacoma rear axle to widen stance 2 inches
-Fab new housing for front axle to match the width of the Taco rear
-ARB air lockers front and rear
-Go with T100 master cylinder, calipers and wheel cylinders (already running T100 dual diaphragm booster)
-Upgrade to vented discs from ??? model/year
-Coil spring/track bar the front using coils, towers, etc. from a 66-77 Ford Bronco
-Maintain 2 inch lift height
-Maintain stock 15 in wheels

After the knuckles, I know very little about what changes over from year to year and what 1980's axle parts will work to make this work. My questions...

-Will the 1980's caliper mounts accommodate the T100 calipers?
-What spindles should I use? What rotors, what wheel bearings/hubs?
-What alignment specs should I be using?

Anything else I should know?

Thanks in advance!

You should have nothing to worry about

He's the best in the business as far as I'm concerned. He's not a Yota guy however. I just need to know what mix of models/years to source the brake and wheel bearing parts from.

I know he'll kill it on the rest.

Having only ever work on one T100 all I can say is everything is different

Do you all ready have the T100 Finding parts for them can be a pain .

Why not the Tacoma Brake parts ?? Lots more of them around.

Your most likely going to need to fabricate hard points to mount the calipers no matter what you use.

The Tundra ones are to big without grinding the calipers.

Have you read the threads pertaining to your SAS

T100s run 15 in wheels and I'm going to be using all new off the shelf parts, not boneyard. The more bolt-on the better.

Any idea if Toyota spindle sizes and wheel bearings are interchangeable throughout the years?

If you change spindle you have to mount front brakes differently. I used the common IFS calipers and LC rotors.

I used some trailgear plates for spring mounts but am 99% sure they are bending. Will know for sure when I pull them to swap in another set. So moral of the story research your parts. Fund were getting tight since I pieced my kit together and decided the save on some basic parts. Now I'm spending money twice for same part.

Help me fill in the blanks here... what other spindles would even fit? No Trail Gear parts are going on my ride. I have their rear tube bumper and it didn't survive a 3mph bump into a pole.

79-80 have issues getting the FJ vented rotors to clear

I've seen it done but haven't researched it. IFS changed spindles to match wider rear. Will allow you to not run wheel spacers.

Still feeling really in the dark here... how do I go about learning more about the interchange and combo options... "use this rotor with this hub and this caliper... etc."?

My goals:
-Use vented rotors
-Use latest model calipers possible that fit under 15 in wheels
-No wheel spacers for clearance

Hoping this helps clarify my ask.
