Rough ride

I recently installed a 4-5 inch rough county lift on my 1989 pickup. I wanted more height so I added 3 inch balljoint spacers. My truck rode fine before the balljoint spacers but now it has no suspension. I’m almost thrown out of my seat every time I hit a bump. What could resolve this problem of it riding so rough?
