Looks good. Plan on flat black myself. Though I'll be using an air spray gun... How many cans? Any primer? How many coats? Did you ruff it up at all?

Whats up with the hood? Looks like you tried to make a stripe type thing?

Looks sweet. I need to do mine sometime. Did you just tape everything? Here is how mine looks now:

you should have taped off flames, so you would have ended up with shiny flames in the end

looks good man, great job!

Looks pretty good. It would look better if you did the hood but thats just my opinion.

It looks a million times better if you strip the doors (handle, window, panels, etc.) and all the trim and just paint all the exposed metal. Damn near looks professional. Why not just spend an extra hour and get perfect results

Nice paint job and cheap! Good work on the runner too man, I spray painted the bottom 1.5 feet of my runner this past fall with Duplicolor bedliner. I had to replace the rockers, they were pretty well gone. It did a good job, I liked the results.

You should consider a FLAT CLEAR like KRYLON so it has just enough protection from getting that dryed out chalkboard look been through that look before and it really don't look to good , flat clear will keep that fresh flat look you have now.

KRYLON Flat clear look no real shine but keeps the flat from drying out over time and looking like an old school chalkboard

def look into a matte clear coat...im going down the same route myself once the weather gets nicer. im gonna roll my hard top with black gloss rust oleum, and then do my truck in some sort of metallic silver that rust oluem has, if it ends up being a flat then im going to do a matte clear coat over it.
