Rancho rs9000xl shocks

Well, time to buy some shocks for the 4runner. Pretty much the only thing left i need to upgrade until i get my long travel kit. Thru work i can get rancho's and i was looking at the "rs9000xl". Anyone running these on their truck? for the price, it seems worth it.. they have a adjustable knob. I wouldn't mind getting the rs9000xl for the fronts and get some nice one with a remote reservoir for the rear but i got no idea what to look for those kind. But yeah, if anyone has any insight on these or any other shock for a 2" lifted first gen.. post er up

oh awesome, hopefully he can chime in.. only thing that kinda sucks, that its only limited to 0-1" of lift on the website, anything thats like 3-4 is only for the 84-85trucks

you could get you some shock hoops to run with the long travel and run like some fox shocks or bilstien. just an idea. cant you use the same shocks as the 89-95 trucks?

I'm having some rancho's put on my 88 right now, not sure if they are the 9000's though. I will let you know how it goes, I have allready seen them on, but the dudes forgot to add some other stuff, so it is back at their shop; I have seen it allready though, with them on, and you can def tell there is a 3 inch height diff. I likey the look, don't know about the feel yet...
My lift is like this; new shocks all the way 'round, shock boots, heavy torsion bars , cranked a bit, add a leafs in the rear. 400 bucks for parts, plus you will need to do a alignment when adding the new stuff, plus labor for the stuff.

I know... kinda hacked me off; first time new customer, getting about 1000 bucks worth of parts and labor done, and you forget the shock boots. I thought they had not added leafs either, until I got underneath and saw them; you can't see them from the side, just standing and looking at them.

I thought I had better pics of the fronts, but don't have them at all!! You can just see the rear white ranchos, next to the yellow spring, and the magnaflow exhaust...
