Question about toyota rv t case

Does anyone know if the t case behind the manual transmission from the toyota RV is gear driven? Theres a guy selling a manual tranny and t case from a Toyota RV with the 22re for 200$ and I'm looking for the ability to do dual t cases since I have an auto. This would be great for a manual swap for me.
Idk what year truck it's from but I can try to find out in the mean time

It's transfer case should be a RF1-A gear drive type. It might be either a forward shift, or a top shift type, depending on the tranny type.

You want a top shift type tranny and case.

This is a forward shift tranny and t-case. Maybe a G52 tranny???

You can use this stuff for a double case setup, but the rear case still has to be top shift.

I don't know about possible shifter clearancing issues with your tunnel with the different shifter spacing between top shift trannys and forward shift types.

Doesn't look like it has a bellhousing attached

Here's a thread from the Marlin Crawler site>. https://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=15361.0

Thanks man! I'd have to do some cutting and probably fab up a tunnel since I plan on running a drivetrain lift and duals. I figure for 200$ that's not a bad deal.

Hummm....

I would have liked to see this RV. As far as I have seen there were only a handful of 4WD Toyota RVs made (at least in the U.S.A.)

That RV would have been pretty rare.
