power steering problem
I recently had the power steering housing (? wherever you actually pour the fluid in) rebuilt because it was leaking and now its doing something funny. Basically when i first start it up, theres a loud almost whining noise from up front and it gets worse if i push on the brake or turn the wheel. After that it works pretty well. Today i left it running (it was making the noise still) and went and opened the cap off the ps and the fluid had a bunch of little bubbles in it...its not supposed to right? any ideas on the problem?
second thing is my oil pressure. I had an oil leak which i figured out was coming from the oil cooler so i fixed that but now my oil pressure's being really weird. It acts normal sometimes but other times it sits really low while i accelerate and as soon as i let off it starts to move back up into the normal range. again, any ideas on this?
any help would be good

Oil Pressure Guage
The OEM cluster gauge is not very accurate and it the FSM shows the following picture: (look in the thread below for the picture under "oil pressure")

Factory numbers for both the 4 & 6 cylinder engines
Oil Pressure @ Idle - 4.3 psi Minimum
@ 3000 rpm - 36 - 71 psi
