Pretty cool. My truck was chose from Rock Auto to add to their collector magnets that will be sent all over the world. They sent me 50 samples in the mail today.

They sent me a news letter stating to send a picture or pictures of your projects to enter.

I now have my little brother into Toyota's. He got himself a really nice 2000 4Runner. Great shape.

If that 4Runner doesn't have records of replacement lower ball joints I would change them asap. Preferably with OEM ones. They fail in spectacular fashion.

Oh shxxxx man, there must have been some kind of warning signs like vibration, pulling to one side or something before that happened. Always use OEM parts if possible. WOW. That sucks.

It wasn't mine but it's a known issue with 3rd gen 4Runner/1st gen Tacomas. It happened to the owner I bought my Taco from and I ended up reinstalling new OEM LBJ's just to be safe.

My '12 Double Cab daily has been sacrificed to the driveway while this one's locked inside the garage. I do drive in winter, but only on sunny days and dry roads.

Yes I had that grey '86 but sold it a few years back. The guy ended up driving it in all kinds of weather and last year I saw it for sale on craigslist...the seams were all rusty. Shame. This white one is 100% original and unrestored. Its in pretty remarkable shape.
