Sr5 Flex!
Just have one question. Why didnt you use your warn winch to attach to somebody else's vehicle to assist with getting out? at first it didn't look very deep but i read on your signature that you are rolling on 35" tires and saw the muddy water was almost to the very top of your tires. So yea looks like you were in pretty deep lol
Kaleb, no need to be so modest lol Your truck is much cleaner looking then mine haha! All your truck needs is high steer and maybe a bigger lift and your truck will surpass mine by a long shot! No only will you have a clean truck like you already have but you will have the capability of getting some crazy flex out of it too! Your truck is one of my favorites. Also your bumper was one of the few that inspired me to finally build my own so thank you for that.
You're right, here in my country we don't have to much rocks, only mud and more mud, so the flex that I have right now is working to pass almost everything with my truck, and looking forward for more mods to put on.
You're very welcome, if you need more pics just let me know. I'm glad to help! LOL

Just completed a two-man/one-weekend paint job on my pickup. This was my first experience with body work and the first entire vehicle he had painted with that particular gun. I got the #179 Dark grey metallic (factory color) from NAPA along with Finish 1 Ultimate Overall Clearcoat.
Before (sanded):
Base coat down:
Clear coat down:
Not bad for a couple of 20 year old college kids!

what did your total come out to with body work and paint?
Since we didn't have any screw ups I have about half of the paint and clear left, so now I've got some extra for touch ups and other goodies, fender flares, etc.

Beautiful job! What amount of paint did you buy? Gallon or quarts? Just trying to add to the knowledge base here.

My '88 4Runner
Hi Guys,
I've been on here forever, don't post much. I thought it was time to show off my '88 4Runner, since she's looking better than ever. Short story version: I hit a deer last fall and the insurance company totaled it. Not to give in so easily, I had her repaired and put new wheels and tires on and she's better than ever now. I'm pushing 425,000 miles and she's still hums along. She ought to, with a reman 22RE and Marlin W56B, many other upgrades, but basically stock.
Craig
