Bobbed? Was it a long bed? Did that truck used to have a supertop on it? I think I've seen in on here before.

yup, and it used to have an arb front bumper on it. used to be owned by a guy named dave(dcyota on here) he's the one the decided to molest it. prior to him bobbing it, it was pretty much rust free=(

This 89 4runner is new to me with 179k on the stock motor and auto transmission. for 900 bucks and a CT title i can't complain. all repairs will be on the cheap cause for what i'll use it for it doesn't have to be pretty, just functional.

Well after flippin my 93 4runner driving drunk a couple months back, I bought this 88 4runner off a buddy of mine. I miss the 93 but I wanted the 1st gen style in the first place so im pretty excited abou it. But besides losing my liscense from the DUI, I gotta wake up everyday looking at this thing knowing I cant even drive it! Do not drink and drive people...I made some wrong choices and trust me im payin for it bad....DSC07724.jpg?t=1262827583

Did you convert your corners to signals? don't see any signal lights on the front with the tube bumper.

Neat looking truck
