thanks man! its actually a home made one, i previous owner made it and it was one solid piece. some buddies of mine fabbed it up so it has a hinge so it actually can fold flat so the tailgate is still functional. i can probably post a link to some pics if youd like.

yeah for sure. i have some ideas of my own but i would liek to see yours. i will be getting a trail gear rear bumper. i was thinking of using the reciever hitch as the mounting point, that way i could take off the tire carrier

Neat looking truck
Thanks! Nah, I haven't done that yet. I've just been running around for the past 2-3 months without any front blinkers . I'm still debating on whether I will convert the corners or just take my old blinkers from the stock bumper and weld up a bracket.

Thanks for the welcome, guys!
So far: She's got 33x11.5 BFG's on Cragar soft 8's with 1.25" wheel spacers all around. A 2" 4crawler body lift and 2" AAL's in the rear to level her out. Pro-crap shocks (better than stock at least ). Addicted Off-road custom front bumper and an MC rear. She's running a straight pipe because of snowballing reasons (long story). But I got a weld-on magnaflow cat in the garage that I'll be welding on this month.

So far, she's pretty much just been armored (I got her about 6 months ago). But I got 5.29's sitting right next to me (spooled rear, open front) that'll be installed in the next week or so and a cheap-o custom PVC snorkel I'm going to do in the next few days ($300?...orrr.. $20? ). There's also a 3.4l in her future.

I still haven't decided TC long-travel or SAS. Money isn't too much of a concern. I've been blessed with a very good job, however unstable it may be (). I'm trying to build the ultimate multi-purpose balanced rig (trail, rocks, dunes, mud, snow, etc.). I would run LT because it has the travel for the trails and the strength for the dunes, but the whole stationary differential thing would kill me on the rocks and such. That led me to the SAS which would be perfect for a lot of situations, but I have never heard of a solid axle being able to take the beating from jumps (I'm not going to be doing too many jumps, but just want the peace of mind if such a circumstance may arise ). Please correct me if I'm wrong, or if you know of ways to strengthen the axle to allow it to do just as well as IFS. Anyway, there's my autobiography. She's got a looooong road of modifications ahead of her and you'll be seeing quite a bit of me here

Yeah, I'm just trying to get rid of all the chrome/amber/etc. colors on her and make her straight blue-black. They were relatively cheap and didn't look too much like they belonged on a mall cruiser
