Paint job

I got a 4runner and it has a *few* fust holes and want to fix them. I was thinking of just getting some spray foam and spray it all in the holes, smooth it out somewhat then just spray paint over it. Does anyone have any other quick and inventive ways of fixing this?

Welder and duct work does wonders...but I have used spray foam and chicken wire in floor boards and inner body panels in my old bugs...did quite well.

Won't look real good but should hold but I think it will allow moisture in and cause more rust in the end.

Fiberglass, JB Weld, Bondo ... there are a million things better than spray foam.
