OME to fix rear sag

OME to fix rear sag
Hi all, I have a 94 4x4 pickup that is sagging out in the back. Given I have a camper top and a carpet kit in the bed, but I would like to fix this using the best practices available. I was looking at throwing these in there: http://trdparts4u.toyotaofdallas.com...dproduct=-8838 but am not sure if I would have to get new shocks along with it and didn't know if I would have to do any modifications to the front end (torsion bar?)... something I don't want to do.
Thanks for any help.

OME or NWOR, which ones should I get ?
Looking for a 1.5 to 2.5 rear lift on an IFS pick-up.
I think NWOR sources north american components which makes
me lean towards those.
Any ideas ?

Hey thanks Laurentian... I just found these factory replacement springs from NWOR, can't really be more straight forward.

I have read bad things about NWOR's customer service on these forums but have no personal experience with them. I did however just put OME rears on my pickup. I ordered the medium duty leafs, u bolts, and shocks from 4 Wheel Parts. These springs were advertised as 1.75" of lift. I'd recommend following up with a LSPV bracket, shackles, and greasable bolts from 4Crawler. I also drilled out my front hangers to accept the same bolts (from 14 to 18 mm).
Before: (33x10.50 tire with 3" body lift)
After: (along with 5 cranks of torsion bars which added about an inch at most)
I could go higher with the t bars, but I plan on adding BJ spacers in the near future so that I can have a level ride without having the them cranked so much.

I would go for OME any day over NWOR. They make decent parts but customer service is not their strong suit!

I had OME stuff on my 4Runner and loved it. Great ride quality. I bought the "kit" with the T-bars, rear coils, steering stabilizer and all four shocks.

I run OME suspension on my 93. got everything from TRDParts4U several years ago and have been happy. I got Dakar medium leafs, 2x bushing kits, u-bolts, 4x shocks, 1x steering stabilizer, SDORI BJ spacers, and a Sonoran Steel IFS truss all from them. I chose not to get new shackles at that time because theyre in great condition and I didn't want extra height -- now I'd say I'm ready for some new shackles now that I've added more front end height to clear my tires. I'd recommend you make sure your idler arm bushings are in good condition as well as everything else up front like all your joint-ends, since you'll now be changing angles on everything - also, it'll keep the steering nice and tight. Firestone Lifetime alignment was a great investment for me wheeling IFS and making changes over the years, why pay more than once?
LSPV brackets can be easily made yourself, but if there's a kit then just get that it's faster (I think I actually just bent the arm more and adjusted the threads and it's been fine since it's not a lot of lift). Think about your plans for the truck - if you want to wheel a lot, consider getting a u-bolt flip kit now and install at the same time or you'll be buying ubolts twice (but you'll need a welder). For me, I noticed the stock shock setup was my limiting factor for flex - now that i've done the ubolt flip and triangulated the shocks, everything is better and i get several inches more down-travel -- also, the OME ubolts had VERY long threads and will need to be cut off after install or they'll hang pretty low under the axle and catch on everything.
IMO, a ~2" lift with 33s is pretty much the perfect stance for a weekend warrior toyota pickup. Recently found this pic of my truck from Squaw trip a few years ago - you can see the need for maybe 1" more in the rear (needs a 5.5" shackle) -- truck sits level at 22.5" from center of axles to bottom of f/r fender lips:

decided to skip the larger OME torsion bars because I don't have a heavy winch+bumper up front to combat the extra spring rate. I also removed my swaybar because, again, there isn't extra weight up front and I wanted all the IFS flex I could get when out wheeling so I could keep my traction since IFS likes to 3-wheel and I have an open front diff - also, the stiffer OME shocks and new stiff leafs pretty much equalized out what the swaybar did for the old soft suspension. You can always add the t-bars at a later time. I think you'll be happy with the new suspension, just remember the leafs take a little while to settle so don't be alarmed at the height gain when you first install them (especially if you're sagging now)
Yeah, Sqauw Ridge was a great trail, but sadly got closed because of Environmental Impact Study or some BS like that since there are a few meadows that get driven through. I hear parts of it are open though.
