New rockers when installing cam?

I am about to install my Engnbldr head/cam. Everyone else that has done this, did you use new rocker arms or not worry about it? What are your experiences? Thanks.

I had my machinist grind my old rockers smooth (just a tiny bit) and with 30k so far it's been fine. Has a tiny bit of top-end noise but I suspect its a wrist pin out of spec and not the valvetrain, though others have suggested the latter.
