Need Gear swap "how to"

I am interested in doing my own gear swap from 4.56 to 5.29 in my front and rear ends. I know that it's an intense process, but I'm into that stuff. I can't find anything in the tech write ups here so if anybody can direct me to a good write up, please do.

If you take the thirds to a shop, install will be less than $200/axle. Compared to being stranded somewhere with a fragged diff, I think it's quite a bargain. AT THE LEAST, find someone who does gears everyday and have them check it out after you do the install before you put them in the truck.

doing lockers at the same time?
