Markers not working

So, it turns out that the markers on my '88 4runner are not working at all. Turn signals are fine. Can anyone set me on the right path to fixing them? Is there a fuse? Are They connected to the turn signals somehow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tail lights are working fine. New bulbs in markers. Just did a search and discovered that the markers don't blink. I know, I'm dumb. Anyway, I am going to ohm the plugs here in a minute. Will post again in a minute. One other question: Anyone know of the best possible(as in cheapest) place to get replacement markers from. I'm guessing that a junkyard would be first but I might prefer to buy new. Thanks.

Mine cost me about $15.00 back in the late '90s:
