All three are a 1.25mm thread pitch. As far as lenghth goes the tow hook bolts are a 17mm head and 2/1/2 inches long, skid plate is also 1.25mm thread pitch and only 3/4 inch long. both hook and loop bolts are same length. Hope this helps

METRIC. definetly metric. standard bolds have a differnt thread pitch. Almost every bolt on a toyota pickup is fine thread (1.25mm). Unless u rethread to a standard u will totally goober up the bolt holes if u try to put a standard bolt in a metric size hole. My metric tap and die set had been very handy to me on my truck.

Take the old ones with you to the hardware store and match 'em up?

Works every time.

The bolts may have a larger head, always in my experience. Use a grinder to make the head of the bolt the size you want. Or use the next largest size socket (14mm becomes 17mm etc.)

17mm head = M12-1.25xlength(mm) There are MANY bolts this size on your truck, get several spares.

Note that you need Grade 10 (or 10.9) in metric - NOT Grade 8 (or 8.8)! I doubt your local harware store will have them - I've always had to order them from Fastenal.
