Twisted bolt head off rear shock mount. Help!

As you can see, when removing the lower shock bolt on the rear drivers side with a breaker bar it twisted the bolt head right off. I'm attempting to install an AAL kit. I don't want to mess up the other side too! How would I fix something like this? Any help appreciated, thanks !

The easy out that are spiral are very brittle and break easily. I would not use one of those. The square type is the one I prefer but takes a little more time getting a hole drilled into it to get the square type in.

Another option is to weld a nut to it and then wrench it out.

Terrys87,

Would that work though for a bolt that's torqued in there so tight that it pulled the head clean off?

As far as welding a nut, I don't have the tools not sure it would work anyway since its recessed... But anyway I would hate to buy an easy out kit and mess it up worse ...

Could I find a replacement plate? The shock mount is welded to that u bolt plate it appears, I'd it possible to find an replacement part?

Cut the whole thing off and make something to replace it.

Thanks everyone, i ended up taking it to the shop since i don't have the tools or expertise to drill and tap it. 1 hour of labor and new bolts + they put the replacement bilsteins on for me.
