If it's not an Indiglo display, then there is probably an LED or bulb inside that can be desoldered and replaced....at high risk of ruining the clock(or stereo) for most people, though.

Here's the pictures from the install I just did. I didn't feel like taking the dash apart each time for the main gauges like I said I would. I did however, swap out the air controls from blue to white. I decided to go with white.

Do any of you find that the blue or white dash lights wreck your night vision? I drive mostly away from street-lit areas and it ruins mine. My dash lights are the original green, but I still have mine turned way down.

Looking for a longevity update. Several different approaches have been mentioned here (different color bulbs, different styles, different manufacturers). Are there any complaints, complements or "If I had it to do over, I'd done..."?
Who really like the color they picked vs. wishing for a different color?
Looking to do this soon and don't want to buy a load of bulbs and do the full install and regret it a couple of weeks later.

Real easy! Took the clock out, disassembled it and it comes apart in two pieces. The one piece is the plastic cover and other is the actual clock unit. Bought some green transparent vinyl and applied it to the inside of the plastic cover, so when the clock is on, it will illuminate green. I did 4 layers of it so it matches my dash.
